You’re about to become a Money Smart Kid — and it all starts right here.
Let’s do this! 🚀
💬 Why I Created This Course
I created Money Smart Kids because I looked at the public school curriculum and realized — it’s not enough. It’s not designed to set my daughters up for real-world success. I didn’t want to wait for the system to change or fight to have financial literacy added to classrooms. So I made the course myself.
This course is my way of giving my girls — and hopefully many other kids — the tools they need to understand how money really works. I want them to know how to earn it, manage it, grow it, and use it with confidence and purpose.
More than anything, I want kids to feel empowered when it comes to money — not awkward, not confused, and definitely not afraid to talk about it. I want them to feel confident asking to be paid fairly, to know their worth, and to understand that money isn’t the root of all evil — it’s a tool. And when used wisely, it can create freedom, opportunity, and impact.
This course was made with love, intention, and the hope that we can raise a generation of smart, kind, and financially confident kids who are ready to lead, build, and thrive.

Lesson 1.1: What is Money & Why Does It Matter?
Long ago, people traded things like bread for eggs. But what if the egg person didn’t want bread? That’s why money was created — a tool everyone could use to trade fairly. In this lesson, you’ll discover what money really is, how it started, and why it matters in your life today. You’ll even imagine a world without money and try a fun trade game with your family!

Lesson 1.2: The Difference Between Earning & Creating Income
There are two ways to make money — earning and creating. Earning is when you do a job someone gives you, like washing the car. Creating is when you come up with your own idea, like selling bracelets. Both are awesome, but creating income means you're thinking like a boss! In this lesson, you’ll explore both and start building your own ideas.
