Flow & Grow: Understanding Your Cycle, Powering Your Life
A guide for girls to feel strong, smart, and confident in every phase of their cycle.
Flow & Grow is a fun, empowering, and educational course that helps young girls understand the magic of their menstrual cycle — and why it’s so much more than just a period. By comparing each phase of the cycle to a season (spring, summer, fall, and winter), students learn what’s happening inside their bodies, how hormones affect mood, energy, and metabolism, and how to work with their cycle instead of against it.
Through journal prompts, movement, recipes, and cultural wisdom, students will gain confidence in tracking their cycle, eating foods that support hormone health, choosing the right workouts for each phase, and understanding how to speak up about their needs. We’ll also explore red flags to watch out for (like heavy bleeding or irregular periods), natural remedies, and traditional Hawaiian perspectives on menstruation and womanhood.
This course celebrates the power of being female — with knowledge, confidence, and joy.
